Michelle visited a local vineyard and had a life-changing conversation with an actual vine dresser. He shared about the intimacy between the vine dresser and the vines — particularly during pruning. He showed her the greenhouse where struggling vines were brought for restoration. He explained that each vine was individually cared for. He talked about root systems, culivation processes and growth plans — all for the sake of each vine bearing lasting fruit. Isn’t this what each of us want? Safe and nurturing environments where people can heal, grow and eventually thrive. The Greenhouse Process was born. This crew above are some of the amazing people who have experienced the Greenhouse Process and help us bring it to others.
